I began to follow AskAaronLee through @v_shakthi.

@v_shakthi had mentioned in one of his follow Friday tweets about him:

"The most followed and the most friendly person from "Malaysia"

The statement is very true.

Personally tested.

@v_shakthi is a powerful person from India and I refer to his tweets always.

I have tried several sites through his tweets.

Sometimes based on his tweet I go to some applications and try those.

By the time I come back to the twitter...there there there will be a shakthi style pause: Signoff:))

There is another person from Indonesia.

This person has got the capacity to change your feel, whatever mindset you are on the time line.

A tweet by @rM1L brings a smile.

Makes the heart light.

This person is good at poetry.

Very good at short sentences - very short and attention grabbing.

Bad

I just can't bring in the other great tweets I follow in one follow Friday blog.

Good.

I shall try doing this on Fridays.

It will be very good doing this.

The Big Bang Theory.

He is robbed including his pants. He can’t fix himself to change in life. He calls Leonard. — Girmit (^‿^) (@cgBalu)   🚆 → 🚉 → 🚆 → 🚉 A funny moment from  The Big Bang Theory  (Season 8, Episode 1). Sheldon decides to tour American cities by train. New York. Arizona. A few others. But there is a Sheldon twist. He never actually goes into the cities. He remains inside trains and railway stations, orbiting them like a cautious satellite. Then disaster strikes. He is robbed. Everything goes. Even his pants. And Sheldon being Sheldon, he cannot recalibrate his personality. So he does the only logical thing in his universe: he calls Leonard. ❤😎

Happy blogging.

The Good and the Bad at the moment! GOOD:Google adsense has come to my blog. So more blogs today. Mobike - oil changed. New battery also. Answer to the quiz referred in the posting Evening posting is: The third. Lions that haven't eaten in three years are dead. Here is the second quiz: A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be? Answer definitely in the next posting. If only I could write so as to attract more comments the blogging affair would be fantastic. 66 😎

66. A number that once sounded distant. Now it sits quietly beside me, sipping morning air. This is not a fitness routine. This is not a medical prescription. This is a conversation with the body, before the world starts talking. Minute 0–2: Waking Up Without Arguments I don’t jump out of bed. I negotiate. A slow turn. Feet touch the floor. The hips complain softly — not rebellion, just a reminder: “Ease into the day.” I smile. We’ve known each other long enough. Minute 3–6: Gentle Movements — No Heroics A few knee bends near the wall. Hip circles — small, like drawing commas in the air. Marching in place, as if I’m late for nothing. This is not exercise. This is oiling old hinges. The body responds politely. Minute 7–11: Walking — The Best Medicine Slow. Then moderate. If the weather is kind and yesterday’s dinner was lighter, I allow myself a gentle upward slope. No speed targets. No apps judging me. Just footsteps, breath, and that quiet joy of still being able to move forward. Minu...
