The Good and the Bad at the moment!




SEARCH: So I am in search of things for my examinations.
1) J.K.Rowling.
2)Chairman of Railway Board.
3)Author of Pride and prejucice.
4)Meaning of the word Reconnainssance.
Definition: [n] the act of reconnoitring (especially to gain information about an enemy or potential enemy)

5)Meaning of the word Theodolite.
Definition: \The*od"o*lite\, n. [Probably a corruption of the
alidade. See {Alidade}.]
An instrument used, especially in trigonometrical surveying,
for the accurate measurement of horizontal angles, and also
usually of vertical angles. It is variously constructed.

Note: The theodolite consists principally of a telescope,
with cross wires in the focus of its object glass,
clamped in Y's attached to a frame that is mounted so
as to turn both on vertical and horizontal axes, the
former carrying a vernier plate on a horizontal
graduated plate or circle for azimuthal angles, and the
latter a vertical graduated arc or semicircle for
altitudes. The whole is furnished with levels and
adjusting screws and mounted on a tripod.

Draft not saved

how is this? Yesterday, I wrote a lengthy blog, taking some inspiration from my friend here. Brett. Forgot to give it a title, saved as a draft. And lo, the entry was not saved. Wrote, about the absence of my mother and my sons mother. Told in the blog that we had a lot of time of our own. Just want to enclose a sound, where I was reading something about shyness in Tamil to my son (recorded on 25-12-2010 ) questions.amr

Reading quotations for motivation. Good or Bad?

after all these mad scribblings are about good bad and searches! Reading too many quotations sometimes is like over eating. The mind becomes unclear and wanders restless...(sometimes becoming very blank) It is the stage when I feel: 'reading quotations is useless' Some time ago I made an attempt to have just four quotations ready - just like some instant energy giver - to motivate me any time. Searching quotations, with the aim to short list for instant energy giving - the mind was blocked - making myself to quote: "reading quotations is of no benefit" At this stage I thought, let me have one quotation - just one - to motivate me any time.......
