A SMILE DAWNS FOR A MOMENT.

madscribblings: A SMILE DAWNS FOR A MOMENT.
It took some time to search this in my own blog.
I would like to send this as a middle piece to Deccan Herald.
Soon I should do. Next week?
I remembered this writing because son was at his peak sleepy mood this morning.
++++++++++++
Some times I feel damn good.
Let me make an attempt to write down one such happy good mood.
The organisation where I work bears a part of my son's educational expense.
Organisation is giving me a training to relax arranging to mingle with other personnel of my rank from all over India.
Plus it gives me an allowance to be in the training.
This is thought that gives me a good feeling.
At this moment all possible difficult situations are damn easy.
The amount of Rs.3,294 will be shared with the son. I will give him Rs.3000/- for buying some dress before his college starts.
Rs.294/- I shall enjoy for my Internet activities.

Bad feeling.
What exactly is the bad feeling?
Anxiety? Lethargy? Helplessness? Disinterest? Restless?
This time the bad feeling is about being a part of a work with the Boss.
The boss did the work for his boss.
The big boss in turn should use this material to present it to the biggest boss at a conference.
I know I should be a part of it. Oh it was a small part...but the my boss made it big.
The trouble was the specificness of the material was not explained well to me.

Sheldon decides to tour American cities by train. New York. Arizona. A few others. But there is a Sheldon twist. He never actually goes into the cities. He remains inside trains and railway stations, orbiting them like a cautious satellite. Then disaster strikes. He is robbed. Everything goes. Even his pants. And Sheldon being Sheldon, he cannot recalibrate his personality. So he does the only logical thing in his universe: he calls Leonard. ❤😎

66 😎

66. A number that once sounded distant. Now it sits quietly beside me, sipping morning air. This is not a fitness routine. This is not a medical prescription. This is a conversation with the body, before the world starts talking. Minute 0–2: Waking Up Without Arguments I don’t jump out of bed. I negotiate. A slow turn. Feet touch the floor. The hips complain softly — not rebellion, just a reminder: “Ease into the day.” I smile. We’ve known each other long enough. Minute 3–6: Gentle Movements — No Heroics A few knee bends near the wall. Hip circles — small, like drawing commas in the air. Marching in place, as if I’m late for nothing. This is not exercise. This is oiling old hinges. The body responds politely. Minute 7–11: Walking — The Best Medicine Slow. Then moderate. If the weather is kind and yesterday’s dinner was lighter, I allow myself a gentle upward slope. No speed targets. No apps judging me. Just footsteps, breath, and that quiet joy of still being able to move forward. Minu...
