GOOD: The letter to 'Anandavikatan' about 'yemanthein' was collected directly by the postal man who had come to clear the 'Bhavaninagar' post box. Similarly the letter to 'Chitra' wherein jani had written the birthdays of the relatives was collected directly by the postal man when he was clearing the HPO post Box.


BAD: It took several attempts to send the confidential cover to DPO office regarding DRM cash award for the Railway week.
